Don’t settle for words that are almost right.

I’m a versatile freelance copywriter and editor with 11 years’ experience working in communications. I’ve copywritten and/or edited business plans, business proposals, catalogues, e-mail blasts, marketing collateral, newsletters, press releases, wedding planners, and much more. I'm curious, quick, creative, and accurate. I am familiar with AP and Chicago styles, and can easily adapt to any in-house style guidelines. My favorite magazine reads are also the topics I write about best. My areas of expertise include travel; romantic getaways; weddings; beaches; girls' trips; spas; and luxury property/resort reviews.

I am available for writing, copyediting and proofreading; press and educational material development (promotional materials, fact sheets, Web site copy, etc.); research; project development; and any other word-related challenge you may have. I’ll listen to you and provide what you need with attention to detail, fast turn-around, ease and flexibility.

Need some help with your words? Put my experience to work for you.

I’m also a deadline-respecting, detail-oriented girl who also loves to travel. I have a passion for new places, new adventures, and all things New York. In the last year, I’ve visited Alaska, Amsterdam, Antigua, Aruba, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece (the islands of Corfu, Santorini, Katakolón and Crete), Jamaica, and Mexico. Most trips were on assignment, a couple were just for fun.
Need a travel writer? Send me packing. I have a passport and I am not afraid to use it.

Jennifer,

The story is pure PERFECTION!  I loved every word and it made me cry a little bit. Thank you so much for writing such a beautiful piece on us -- once again, we are honored to be a part of your magazine!

Thanks,

Sarah H.
